SHIPPING FAQ
We offer in most instances free trackable international shipping, exceptions apply to some countries.
Some locations can take a bit longer but we will get them to you! The estimated delivery time is between 9-18 days (USA) and between 10-25 days (worldwide).
- The delivery dates are estimates only calculated from the date an order is shipped out. It will take a couple of days longer if your order is received before the weekend.
- Deliveries may be affected due to incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
- Due to the impact of Covid-19, most delivery times have been affected. Our fulfilment and carrier partners are experiencing delays. It may take longer than usual for your order to arrive but we will do our best.
- Import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are to be borne by the buyer.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at the time of checkout.. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin processing.
PROCESSING TIME
The order processing time is 1- 4 business days. Processing includes checking, packing and shipping. You will receive the tracking number via email.
If your order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the order will be processed the following week (next business day).
ORDER PAYMENT
All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in US Dollars. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion. They will convert the currency from USD to your local currency.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately due to warehouse locations and product availability. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
CHANGE REQUEST
All change request (size, color, address, etc.) must be received inside 12 hours of order being placed. Changes cannot be made after that as the order has been processed. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible @ golfkingsapparelstore@gmail.com
Outside the above stated time, we will do our best to assist you but cannot guarantee you the desired result. If your request is to cancel (and if item(s) has not left our warehouse), such cancellation will be permitted subject to a 15% cancellation fee with a minimum charge of $25.
